This Kawai CL3 was built in Japan in the late 1980’s, and is in excellent, refurbished condition throughout. The action is very nicely balanced after having been fully regulated. 

Being a medium-sized cabinet, the sound is not too powerful and intrusive, but is nevertheless rich and expressive, with a nice depth in the bass, and a clear, singing sound in the treble. 

Overall this piano is in excellent, refurbished condition, and is ideal for students in particular. It has been maintained and tuned to the highest standards, and will give many more decades of good service in the future.
